Harvey Weinstein, who was already facing three sex crime charges stemming from incidents with two women, was indicted on three more charges Monday. The new felony sex charges, two of which carry a potential sentence of 10 years to life, arose from a 2006 incident in which he allegedly forcibly performed oral sex on a third woman, the Manhattan DA's office says. Weinstein was indicted on one count of criminal sexual act in the first degree as well as two counts of predatory sexual assault, a charge used to prosecute those accused of perpetrating multiple felony sex assaults, Variety reports. The Manhattan district attorney says Weinstein is charged with "some of the most serious sexual offenses that exist under New York’s Penal Law." No trial date has yet been set for Weinstein, who is free on $1 million bail. (More Harvey Weinstein stories.)
