Forbes is out with its annual list of the wealthiest celebrities in the US, and the top four are billionaires. The two people tied for the No. 5 spot with net worths of $900 million each, however, are both notable: Kylie Jenner is on track to become the youngest self-made billionaire ever, and Jay-Z's net worth is up $90 million from 2017, making him the biggest gainer on this year's list.
