First, he released a bizarre video channeling his House of Cards character. Now Kevin Spacey is apparently trying to woo the paparazzi. Or at least feed them. TMZ reports that Spacey hand-delivered a Domino's pizza on Sunday to a photographer staking him out in Baltimore. (You can see video of it by clicking on that TMZ link.) Spacey can be heard wishing the man a happy new year and telling him to stay warm.

All this comes ahead of Spacey's Jan. 7 arraignment on a felony charge of sexual abuse, stemming from his alleged groping of an 18-year-old busboy in 2016 while at a restaurant in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Spacey's lawyers are trying to arrange it so the actor doesn't have to show up in person, but a judge has yet to decide on the matter. Spacey's appearance would "amplify the negative publicity already generated in connection with this case," they say in court papers received by Nantucket District Court on Monday, reports the AP. His presence would only "heighten prejudicial media interest in the case" and possibly sway the jury pool, says Spacey's legal team. (More Kevin Spacey stories.)
