A sticky issue because she owes most of it to strategist Mark Penn. Seat Michigan and Florida’s delegates in full. This can’t give her the nomination, but it tightens the race and improves her legacy (and bargaining power). Put her on the ticket, or at least offer. Obama-Clinton, anyone?
