Nicolas Cage was only married to Erika Koike for four days, but she still wants spousal support. That's according to legal documents she filed that were obtained by TMZ. Cage filed for an annulment shortly after the couple's March 23 Las Vegas wedding, claiming he "reacted on impulse and without the ability to recognize or understand the full impact of his actions" when he married Koike; he also said the marriage was based on fraud. In her own legal filing, Koike rejects both of those claims: First of all, Cage's impulsive actions don't qualify for an annulment, but she does want a divorce, TMZ reports. Second of all, she says his fraud claim is untrue because he asked her to rekindle their relationship 12 days after filing for the annulment.
As for the spousal support she says she's due, Koike claims she lost out on career opportunities during her relationship with Cage, which began in April of last year. The 34-year-old also says her reputation has been harmed, Us reports. She says the court should consider the length of her relationship with Cage, 55, as well as "the respective financial conditions of the parties" and how much it will cost her to regain financial independence. (Cage has been married three other times.)
