Plant-based dishes are coming to all 602 eateries at Disney's US theme parks. More than 400 dishes "made without animal meat, dairy, eggs or honey"—including cauliflower tacos, fried tofu, and carrot gnocchi—will arrive early next month at Florida's Walt Disney World, and in early 2020 at California's Disneyland, reports CNN. A 2018 Gallup poll found just 3% of Americans were fully vegan, though nearly 40% were making an effort to eat more plant-based meals, per USA Today. "Our guests have embraced our plant-based offerings at our parks around the globe, inspiring us to expand our menu," Disney Parks' Thomas Smith writes in a blog post. Themed plates include "Le Fou Festin" served at the Be Our Guest Restaurant in Orlando's Magic Kingdom and "Felucian Garden Spread" available within Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Anaheim.
