Breaking into Willie Murphy's house? Not the world's best idea. Murphy, an 82-year-old bodybuilder, says she was home in Rochester, NY, late Thursday night when she heard a guy bang on the door. "He was outside and saying, 'Please call an ambulance,' saying, 'I'm sick, I'm sick,'" she tells 13WHAM. So she called the cops and wouldn't let him in, which seemed to anger the man, who broke the door and came inside—prompting Murphy to hide in the shadows while he walked around. Murphy then picked up a table and "went to work on him," she says. "The table broke."

With the suspect injured, Murphy says she picked up a shampoo bottle and poured it on him. "Guess what? He's still on the ground. In his face, all of it, the whole thing." Next she grabs a broom and keeps working on him. "He's pulling the broom. I'm hitting him with the broom." Soon police officers showed up, and the intruder was sent off to hospital. The cops seemed impressed with Murphy, who deadlifts 225 pounds at her local YMCA. "The officers that came wanted to go on my front porch and take selfies with me," says Murphy. She also got a wild welcome Friday at the Y. "We love a fit lady!" cheers Jezebel. "How are y'all making Willie Murphy proud this week?" (More home intruder stories.)
