Wisconsin Sees Another Shooting at a School

On Monday, a student who allegedly pulled a gun was shot by a police officer at a Wisconsin high school. On Tuesday the state saw another shooting at another school in a very similar incident: This time, gunshots were reported in the morning at Oshkosh West High School. The city's police force says a student and an officer were injured, USA Today reports. No one else was hurt.

"A student was armed with a weapon and confronted a school resource officer. The student and officer were both injured and transported to local hospitals," the Oshkosh PD says in a statement. WBAY, citing the police chief, reports that the student was in the school resource officer's office and stabbed him with an "edged weapon" before the officer opened fire, hitting the student once.
