As far as Hugh Grant is concerned, Prince Harry's actions distancing himself from the British royal family are perfectly justified. "I’m rather on Harry’s side," the actor told Andy Cohen on Cohen's SiriusXM radio show, per the Guardian. "The tabloid press effectively murdered his mother, now they’re tearing his wife to pieces. I think as a man, it’s his job to protect his family, so I’m with him." The newspaper notes fellow British celebrity Piers Morgan, who used to be the editor of the Daily Mirror, disagrees with Grant on this point, calling Harry and wife Meghan Markle "the two most spoiled brats in history."

Also not on Harry's side: Canada's biggest newspaper. Per the New York Post, the Globe and Mail is out with a "scathing editorial" explaining why he and Markle aren't welcome there permanently. "You are welcome to visit, but so long as you are senior royals, Canada cannot allow you to come to stay," it reads. "This isn’t about breaking up with the Crown. On the contrary, it’s about maintaining Canada’s unique and highly successful monarchy. ... A royal living in this country does not accord with the long-standing nature of the relationship between Canada and Britain, and Canada and the Crown." (More Prince Harry stories.)
