Rick Savage, who owns a restaurant and brewery in Bethel, told Carlson that he is planning to reopen on Friday despite Mills' decision to extend stay-at-home order until May 31, the Daily Beast reports. Carlson slammed the Democrat as the "the most incompetent dictatorial governor that I’ve seen in a long time." Mediaite reports that the host grinned and "only put up feigned resistance" as Savage read out Mills' number, saying he would "love" to share it "with everyone so they can give her a call directly."
