Just days after the kidnapping of a California family that ended in tragedy, a man remains missing after an assault and abduction in Pasadena that happened in the middle of the day. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) says the victim was strolling on Thursday near the 210 Freeway during the afternoon rush hour when a silver Infiniti G35 pulled up and two men got out, per ABC7. The LASD says the two suspects then proceeded to assault the victim, who fell to the ground unconscious—at which point the suspects piled him into the car's back seat and sped away.

Fox News notes the man was still missing as of Sunday afternoon, per police and local reports. The Infiniti had a California license plate with the number 6FMY326, and the two suspects were described as being male Hispanics in their 20s who were both wearing black. The victim was described as a bald Hispanic man in his 30s. Anyone with any info is asked to call the Sheriff's Major Crimes Bureau at 562-946-7150 or the local Crime Stoppers (800-222-8477), or to submit an anonymous tip online. (More kidnapping stories.)
