Los Angeles police busted two photographers near Britney Spears' home Monday on loitering charges. After ignoring warnings to leave the city-owned road near the exclusive gated community that is also home to Ed McMahon, the paps were arrested and their car impounded.   (Read more paparazzi stories.)
