South Korea's top intelligence agency on Tuesday dished on what it knows about Kim Jong Un's children—all three of them. Standout details, per Reuters and the AP:

• Yes, the agency again confirmed Kim has three children, with the eldest being a boy. They were born in 2010, 2013, and 2017.
• The only child whose name is known and who has appeared publicly is daughter Kim Ju Ae; she's made seven appearances since November 2022. State media has yet to use her name, but Dennis Rodman spilled the beans on it in 2013 after visiting the country.
• Things are a little mushier in terms of Kim's purported eldest: The National Intelligence Service told the parliamentary intelligence committee that intelligence points to the son's existence, but it doesn't have "concrete evidence." It said it couldn't speak to theories that the son has physical or mental issues.
• As for Ju Ae, she's being homeschooled in Pyongyang and participates in horseback riding (she's reportedly "very good"), swimming, and skiing.
• The NIS stuck by previous assertions that Kim, at 39, is too young to name a successor, and that his daughter's appearances are likely to emphasize the importance of hereditary succession.
