Sprint is about to score big with football fans with the first-ever live broadcast of an NFL game on mobile phones. The debut phone-cast will be tonight's Cleveland Browns showdown with the Denver Broncos. Eight more games from the NFL television network will be available over 7 weeks as part of a $500 million partnership between Sprint and the NFL.

"We know a lot of fans find themselves displaced, and they are using devices like mobile phones for more tasks," said an NFL vice president of digital media. "With 60% of our revenues coming from media, we'd be foolish not to do something like this."
