Mom Hatches Sexy Plan to Free Convicted Son
Giuliano's husband was in on the plan all along, and encouraged her to woo the juror.

A Brooklyn mother's bid to have her son's murder conviction overturned reads like a Hollywood script. The married 46-year-old got a makeover, hit the gym, rented an apartment under an alias, then strutted around a juror's neighborhood in six-inch heels and a push-up bra. She taped their flirtatious encounters and got him to admit that he knew some of the case's main players, which would have disqualified him. Her lawyers will file an appeal to overturn next week, the New York Times reports.

"She was always getting me to drink. She was offering me wine, offering to smoke weed," the shocked juror says. “I understand her motivation,” he said. “But that’s not right.” The mother, who posed as a 30-year-old research assistant, had her husband's blessing for the ruse and is unapologetic. She insists her son is innocent. A legal analyst says claims such as hers are "tough to win."
