Dunst Slaps Stalker With Restraining Order

Kirsten Dunst won a restraining order against a stalker who has repeatedly trespassed on her property, Access Hollywood reports. Christopher Smith said he has a “spiritual connection” with the actress, and went to her house multiple times because, according to a police statement, “I’m in love with Kirsten.”

The actress’ assistant and housemate performed a citizen’s arrest on the man last month. “Given his apparent willingness to ignore security measures, requests to leave me alone, and police warnings, I believe that this behavior will only escalate,” Dunst said in her declaration.
