Barely 16-year-old Miley Cyrus has not only a learner's permit but a car—a Porsche Cayenne, no less. “I didn’t get the one I wanted,” the teen sensation tells Extra, but she admits that her mom’s old car is “a pretty good hand-me-down.” This from the girl who previously told People, “I want my parents to know that I'm happy with anything they get me. I know I'd be really lucky to even get a car.”
