Malia and Sasha Obama stayed in, presidential style, while their parents hit the dance floors last night, ABC reports. White House staff surprised the girls—who had requested a showing of High School Musical 3 and Bolt in their new theater—with a scavenger hunt. It introduced the mansion’s secret passageways and culminated with a visit from the Jonas Brothers, whom the girls adore.

The welcoming game is a tradition last experienced by Chelsea Clinton, then 12, and the staff has been prepping to have children in the presidential home again. The chef has been briefed on food faves like pizza. In addition to movies and games of hide-and-go-seek, a private bowling alley and children's garden—where John and Caroline Kennedy were oft photographed playing—await the girls.
