The baby murdered in a grisly attack witnessed by the son of New York Knicks player Eddy Curry turns out to be Curry's daughter, reports the Chicago Sun-Times. Curry and his former girlfriend, who was also murdered, had long argued about the paternity of the baby, which was finally determined by DNA tests last year. Curry's son, 3, was found near the bodies of his mother and sister in their Chicago home, covered in blood but unharmed.

Police believe the toddler witnessed the killings and he has been interviewed by investigators and psychologists. The family of the murdered woman say the toddler named his mom's abusive ex-boyfriend as the killer and are demanding police take action. The boy "told everybody," said a relative. "Why haven't police arrested this man?" (More Eddy Curry stories.)
