Prince Harry is facing fresh accusations of racial insensitivity after telling a black comedian "You don't sound like a black chap," reports the Daily Telegraph. Stephen Amos says the prince made the quip when they met after a comedy show for Prince Charles' 60th birthday. "I wanted to say, 'How is I supposed to sound?'" Amos said.

"It is very sad that Prince Harry thinks black people all talk in the same way," said Lord Herman Ousele, former chairman of Britain's Commission for Racial Equality. "It goes to show how ill-educated members of the upper classes can be." (More Prince Harry stories.)
