Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel appeared together in a surprise reunion at a Manhattan weekend concert, Reuters reports. It was only the third time the famous duo, now both 67, have performed together since a 2004 reunion tour. Garfunkel appeared on stage to sing The Sound of Silence, The Boxer and Old Friends during the encore of Simon's concert at the restored Beacon Theatre, where the audience included Mayor Bloomberg, Paul McCartney and Jon Bon Jovi.
