Lindsay Lohan stirred the rumor mill today by visiting hunky Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford in New York at 6am, OK! reports. Meanwhile Lilo's girlfriend, Sam Ronson, is recovering from an ear infection in Los Angeles. Lohan denies any trouble in paradise, but didn't bother to hide her crush on Chace last fall.
