Brit's Ex Charged in Hit-and-Run

Britney Spears’ paparazzo ex has been charged with three felonies after police say he hit a man with his car while trying to dodge restraining order paperwork from the Spears clan, E! reports. Adnan Ghalib allegedly injured the process server and drove off—he is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit-and-run in the Feb. 11 incident and faces up to seven years in prison.
