(AP Photo) Ethiopian Deriba Merga took the men's title and Kenya's Salina Kosgei won the women's race in today's Boston Marathon, with Americans finishing third in both divisions. Kosgei outkicked defending champion Dire Tune and American Kara Goucher on Boylston Street to win by less than a stride.
