Cancer Reunited Fawcett, Majors

Farrah Fawcett’s cancer sparked a brief but touching reunion for Farrah Fawcett and ex-husband Lee Majors, US Weekly reports. When Fawcett fell ill, Majors took to calling friends to check up on her. “He didn’t feel like he could reach out to her himself—it had just been too long,” said one source. “He would send funny messages to her through friends… it was very sweet.”

Finally on her birthday in February, Majors called her, and they spoke for the first time in 23 years. “They had a 40-minute phone conversation about her life, and the cancer and it was such a lovely moment for the two of them,” says the source. “I think it was good given the current situation [for] closure, otherwise they never would've spoken again.”
