Lindsay Lohan scored a lucky break today when LA County authorities decided not to bring felony drug-possession charges against the actress in two DUI arrests. She faces seven misdemeanors—including being under the influence of cocaine—but police decided the amounts of coke found at the crime scenes either were negligible or couldn't be linked to her.

The 21-year-old was arrested in May after ramming her Mercedes into a curb, then again in July after allegedly chasing the mother of her assistant in an SUV. Each arrest was reportedly followed by rehab, with July's stint Lohan's third of the year. A misdemeanor DUI conviction carries up to 6 months' jail time; a second could bring a year.
