Andrea McNulty, the Nevada woman accusing Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault, bragged to friends about her “consensual sexual relations” with the Steelers’ quarterback, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. Roethlisberger’s lawyers accuse McNulty of saying she “hoped that she was pregnant” by the footballer, and they blame the charges against him on McNulty’s “lack of job security, need for medical benefits, need for treatment, increasing debt and lack of income.”
But it doesn't stop there: McNulty's “psychological breakdown appears to be the sad by-product of an affair with a married man whose wife apparently concocted a scheme to have [her] fall in love with a fictional soldier and be abandoned by him to create heartbreak and instability,” the document continues. Big Ben's lawyers also moved for a change of venue.
