Joan Rivers: Move In, Gadhafi!

Joan Rivers was heartbroken to learn that Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi decided not to rent her $25 million New York apartment, she tells the Post. “The Libyan ambassador called and offered over $200,000 a week so he could use it for entertaining. I thought it was great. I said I would give half the rent to Lockerbie,” she says.

The other half would have gone “to have an exterminator come and clean the apartment when he was done,” she continues, since she was afraid “he would have roasted cows in my living room.” (More Joan Rivers stories.)
