Kidnap victim Jaycee Dugard feels guilty about being snatched off the streets as a child and held captive for 18 years, her mother has told Jaycee's grandmother. She "feels guilty that she was kidnapped and for not having called her mom or dad or anyone—even though she was captive!" Jaycee's grandma Wilma Probyn tells Radar. “She was sorry for making her mommy and daddy worry. I cried when I heard that."
Despite the anguish of her ordeal, Jaycee's family is rejoicing at her return and talking about old times. “Terry told me that Jaycee is really amazing. That little girl still remembers all of the family as if it was yesterday," Probyn said. Terry is "“so happy to have Jaycee back. We all are." (More Phillip Garrido stories.)
