Prince Harry is reading celebrity therapist Paul McKenna’s Quit Smoking Now in a bid to finally swear off cigarettes, the News of the World reports. After quitting for a year, Harry recently smoked at a friend’s wedding, and apparently got hooked again after RAF training and breaking with girlfriend Chelsea Davy. "Harry knows that it doesn't look good to younger people who look up to him,” a source says.

Harry has smoked since he was 14—and used to go through 20 cigs a night—but is apparently confident in McKenna's methods. The hypnotist has already helped Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood and director Guy Ritchie, and says he's willing to meet with Harry personally.
