Others occupy positions they themselves voted to create, and others still are random functionaries they’ve decided to label czars.
So the DNC has issued a new ad turning Glenn Beck’s own anti-czar rants against him, pointing out how many of the czar positions he’s railing against were created by President Bush. But this week Democrats Russ Feingold and Dianne Feinstein broke ranks to voice objections about the czars—though Feinstein acknowledged the mislabeling, saying it isn’t “quite fair,” to call the deputy Interior secretary a czar.
