Paris Jackson and her aunt La Toya both have theories on Michael’s death—one sad, one a little wacky. “What happened is they worked him too hard,” La Toya remembers Paris telling her. “They kept working him and Daddy didn't want that, but they worked him constantly.” La Toya, however, believes her brother was murdered over the catalog of songs he owned, the Mirror reports.

“He said, ‘If anything happens to me, if I die, it's because someone murdered me. They're trying to kill me,’” La Toya tells Britain’s The Paul O’Grady Show. “It wasn't that he was being delusional, they did this over the catalog. He owned the Beatles catalog. Most entertainers out there, he owned their music. He would say, ‘They're going to kill me over that catalog. It’s dangerous.’ Look what happened.” (More Michael Jackson stories.)
