Just in case anyone thought the Anna Nicole Smith hearing couldn't get any kinkier: It can, and it did. An investigator testified yesterday that Smith physician Sandeep Kapoor—who is facing charges along with psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and lawyer Howard K. Stern—had a less-than-professional relationship with Smith, "making out" with her and providing her with drugs, E! reports.
The investigator found a journal in which Kapoor wrote, in 2005, "I was making out with Anna, my patient, blurring the lines. I gave her Methadone, Valium. Can she ruin me?" Eroshevich is also accused of having an inappropriate relationship with Smith. Kapoor's journal also indicated he himself was abusing Ambien, BuSpar, and Wellbutrin: "I have to get off the drugs," he wrote in 2002. (More Khristine Eroshevich stories.)
