An Oklahoma woman shot and killed an intruder while on the phone with a 911 dispatcher. 57-year-old Donna Jackson called 911, shotgun in hand, when she heard someone trying to break into her home last Friday—but before police could get there, the man, 53-year-old Billy Riley, hurled a patio table through her glass door. When Riley came in, Jackson took him out with a shotgun blast.

"I don't want to have to kill this man, but I'll kill him graveyard dead, ma'am," Jackson had told the dispatcher shortly before Riley entered. The operator had told it her it was legal for her to defend herself, and local authorities say Jackson won't be charged. CBS News has a link to the 911 call here.
