Kendra Wilkinson gave birth this morning, and inquiring minds want to know whether the former Playmate's impressive breast implants will prevent her from nursing her newborn son. Depending on the specifics of her augmentation surgery, it shouldn't be a problem, reports Slate's Explainer column: Implants generally don't render breastfeeding impossible.

Patients who want to breastfeed are generally advised to request an incision beneath the breast, under the arm, or even at the navel, Christopher Beam reports, because messing with the areola interferes with the complicated milk-production system.
