Former reality star Jon Gosselin's complaint that someone burglarized and ransacked his Manhattan apartment is nothing more than a "publicity stunt," charged the lawyer for his former gal pal Haley Glassman. Police have questioned Glassman, who admits collecting her personal possessions from the apartment, but says she had every right to do so, and that she and Gosselin shared the apartment and were splitting the rent.

Glassman "didn't take anything from that apartment that she was not entitled to take," said her attorney. Glassman Twittered earlier: "That apartment everyone calls 'Jon's Apartment' was my apartment as well. We split rent! He's been living off of my family and I. We found out he's been pocketing our rent money and not paying the rent!" (More Hailey Glassman stories.)
