The death knell has barely finished tolling for The Tyra Banks Show, and her former employees are already dishing on her diva-like behavior as a boss. “She and the higher-ups on the production staff could be extremely brutal,” one source tells the New York Daily News, adding that it was “pretty difficult to work for Tyra”—so difficult that many quit after a few months.

Another source agrees, adding, “Everything had to be done Tyra's way.” But one high-level source, who never actually worked under Tyra, insists, “For me, it was a good experience. Tyra just knows how she likes things done. And as for her ‘diva-ness,’ well, it sells.”
