Police Tasered and arrested a University of Florida student after his belligerent questioning of John Kerry during a campus event last night. Andrew Meyer, who has a history of recording his own pranks, spent the night in jail after pressing Kerry beyond his allotted time, the AP reports. Officers removed him as he struggled and screamed, "What did I do?"

Meyer, who has a website where he posts videos of himself doing practical jokes, was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer and was released this morning. The officers involved are on administrative leave pending an investigation. Kerry said today he had no idea the student was Tasered and expressed regret that a "good healthy discussion was interrupted." (More student activism stories.)
