The Indianapolis Colts have perhaps taken over as public enemy No. 1 in New Orleans ahead of tomorrow’s Super Bowl matchup with the Saints, but that’s not stopping Michael Brown from trying to get the crown back. Brown, whose handling of Hurricane Katrina as head of the FEMA still gets Louisianans furious, couldn’t bring himself to play nice, or avoid the question entirely, when asked to pick a winner.

“I have to go with the Colts,” Brown tells Politico. “I just tend to follow them more and I’ve just never been a real Saints fan. It’s nothing more than that.” Brown hosts a nighttime radio talk show, on which he now figures to get even more unfriendly callers. Not, as ex-boss George W. Bush might say, a “heckuva job, Brownie.”
