The DEA racked up the biggest steroid bust in history in a series of raids over the last four days, Yahoo News reports, arresting 124 people at 56 labs across the country. More than 11 million doses of the performance-enhancing drugs were seized from an illegal, underground network, as well as the names of hundreds of thousands of purchasers.

The DEA says it's creating a data base of those who have received steroids, HGH, and other substances banned in athletics; whether that information will be available to Major League Baseball and other sports leagues will be up to top officials at DEA and Justice. Though most raids occurred in the US, the investigation has been multinational, with eight countries helping track down producers of raw materials for HGH and steroids. (More steroids stories.)
