Police in suburban Buffalo made what's probably their first-ever breakdancing felony arrest after a teen ruined a home's hardwood floors while busting moves at a house party. The local sheriff says the intoxicated 18-year-old scratched the floors with his diamond belt buckle and caused some $3,000 in damage, the Buffalo News reports.
The homeowner, whose daughters hosted the party, arrived home from vacation to discover the damage and called police. Ryan Baczkiewicz now faces a felony criminal mischief charge and a misdemeanor trespassing charge. He's in jail pending arraignment. His mother says the homeowner told her she would "call her friend in the sheriff's department and file charges" if the mom didn't pay for the damage.
