A former personal assistant is suing Lenny Dykstra, claiming that he groped her and tried to pressure her into having sex with him. In a legal complaint posted on the Smoking Gun, Jacqueline Massaro says that three days after he hired her, the former Mets slugger called her to his home late at night to “work.” When she asked what he wanted her to do, he told her to “get the f--- out …. it isn’t going to work out.”

As Massaro prepared to leave, Dykstra said, “So, you have nowhere to go, give me a blow job and you can stay the night.” When she refused, he allegedly put his hands on her breasts and tried to push her into the bed. She escaped, ran off, and went to the local sheriff, but prosecutors didn’t take up the case. Now, she’s seeking damages in Dykstra’s bankruptcy proceedings. (More Lenny Dykstra stories.)
