(AP Photo/Journal Inquirer, Leslloyd F. Alleyne) Thieves made off with an estimated $75 million in prescription drugs after a well-planned heist at Eli Lilly's Connecticut warehouse. The thieves cut a hole in the huge building's roof and lowered themselves down on ropes before loading multiple pallets of drugs onto at least one tractor-trailer truck, police tell the Hartford Courant. The warehouse, one of the company's three national distribution centers, is used to store anti-psychotics and antidepressants, including Prozac. A company spokesman declined to comment on which drugs had been taken. Cargo theft of pharmaceuticals has risen sharply in the last couple of years, but the Eli Lilly heist ranks among the biggest in history, the Wall Street Journal notes. (More Eli Lilly stories.)
