Chatroulette is an intriguing, innovative social networking/chat/video site with a huge problem: penises. A study says 13% of users are “perverts”—use your imagination—and that makes potential advertisers understandably skittish. A reader vote and SAI's staff will pick the winner of the "Solve Chatroulette's Penis Problem And Help It Make Billions And Billions Contest." It's billed as the "first annual" competition, which doesn't bode well, but don't dwell on that—you only have until March 29.
