After crashing out of the top 10, Louisville's football program (2-2) suffered another blow when linebacker Willie A. Williams was pulled over for playing loud music and allegedly discovered trying to conceal a small amount of marijuana in his mouth, reports ESPN. Williams was swiftly dismissed from the team.

Williams' checkered career included 11 arrests in high school, a brief and unproductive stint at Miami, and some time at West Los Angeles Community College. He had failed to help Louisville's defense, which ranks near the bottom of the NCAA defensively. "We hope that he can learn from his mistakes and move forward in his life," said the athletic director. (More NCAA stories.)
