Dr. Paul Nemeth got an unwelcome extra show when he took his 6-year-old son to the bathroom during Opening Day at US Cellular Field, home of the Chicago White Sox. As they were waiting in line for a urinal, Nemeth noticed a pair of feet twitching oddly under a stall. As a concerned doctor, he opened the door—only to hear a woman shriek, “HEY, STOP!”

A few minutes later, a man emerged to a round of applause and high-fives from the other men in the restroom. The woman fled, holding a shirt over her head. Nemeth was incensed. “It was disgusting,” he told Chicago Tribune columnist John Kass. But Kass urges him not to worry—the mayor, Richard Daley, and Sox chairman Jerry Reisendorf both read the Tribune, so you can bet there’ll be better restroom security in the near future.
