Former Panamanian strongman Manuel Noriega, imprisoned in the US since 1989 on drug charges, now faces money laundering accusations in France. He was extradited today and is expected to arrive in Paris tomorrow morning, reports the AP. Noriega, who is believed to be in his 70s, faces up to 10 years in prison if he is convicted.
