Jenna Jameson, Tito Ortiz Take It All Back

Remember Jenna Jameson's accusation that Tito Ortiz hurt her and his counterclaim that she’s addicted to OxyContin? Never mind! Both are withdrawing their allegations, TMZ reports. Jameson says the alleged abuse incident was “misinterpreted”; Ortiz says he jumped to conclusions when he found two (probably old!) pills; his lawyer calls the whole thing “a big misunderstanding.” A big misunderstanding that could have led Ortiz, if prosecuted for domestic violence, to lose up to $15 million.
