The National Enquirer outed John Edwards as a dog, and now it’s taking aim at Al Gore: The former VP was apparently accused of sexually attacking a masseuse in 2006. The tabloid claims to have its hands on "shocking details" in the official police report and Gore’s $540 massage bill; but of course, you’ll have to pick up a copy at your local supermarket to see any documents.

The alleged victim, 54, accuses Gore of “unwanted sexual contact at a local upscale hotel” in Portland, OR, according to police documents. Biggest ew factor: She saved her pants as evidence.
