The messages show Jobs taking a flippant tone with a customer who is angry over the new handset's widely criticized reception issues, Fortune reports. In one response, the Jobs impostor tells the customer he is "getting all worked up over a few days of rumors. Calm down." In another, he says the customer "may be working from bad data.
